As Vice President of Operations, Yvette’s primary responsibility is to lead and manage all aspects of Plaza’s mortgage banking operations including Underwriting, Closing, and Capital Markets.
She is accountable for maintaining a sustainable process flow of quality, compliant loans from origination through post-closing and building a safe, sound and profitable mortgage portfolio while guiding the Company towards achieving its financial and productivity goals.
Yvette has 20 years of mortgage experience and has been with Plaza for the past 10 years. She is a tireless worker and her high level of efficiency and solid financial systems/processes and loan product knowledge coupled with her understanding of the end-to-end loan process, regulatory compliance and a wide range of software based applications make her a highly valued member of the Plaza Loans Team.
Yvette graduated from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FDIM) with a major in Business Merchandising.
Although she has been working in the Mortgage Industry for the past 2 decades, she still enjoys “buying” in her personal life.
